Founded by Hon. Andrew Martial a former member of Parliament Igara County East, a Ugandan lawyer by profession and a French expert formerly working as a personal interpreter to the President and Head of Protocol. He went to Makerere University in 1995 and qualified as a teacher of French in 1999.
He taught French at Vienna College Namugongo and Nabisunsa girls school before joining State House as President’s Protocol officer and personal French interpreter from 2003 up to 2015. He later joined Parliament in 2016 representing Igara County East, Bushenyi District. He later studied and attained a Bachelor of Laws at Kampala International University in 2020 and later joined Law Development Centre and graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2022.
He is now working as an Assistant lecturer of Law at Kampala International University. He is also currently the coordinator of KIU Alumni.
